By accessing or using the rideUX Ride Sharing App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.
a. rideUX (Driver) App is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old, having valid driving license and capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
Minimum age requirement: Users of the rideUX Ride Sharing App must be at least 14 years old.
a. To use the rideUX App, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or access to your account.
b. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
a. rideUX provides a platform that connects riders seeking transportation with drivers offering rides. We do not provide transportation services ourselves but facilitate the arrangement between riders and drivers.
b. We make efforts to verify the reliability and safety of drivers, You are solely responsible for assessing and selecting the appropriate driver based on your preferences and requirements according to the driver rating and reviews of previous rides completed.

a. rideUX facilitates payments between riders and drivers. You agree to pay the fare and any applicable fees, legal taxes or surcharges according to the payment methods available in the App.

a. rideUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or the services provided by drivers.
b. We do not assume any responsibility for the actions, behavior, or negligence of drivers or other users of the App.
